How To Install Power Commander on Husqvarna 701 & KTM 690

Here's a how to on how to install a Power Commander 5 (AKA PCV) on a Husqvarna 701. This applied to all model years and will also apply to the 690 SMCR (not sure on start year but definitely from 2014 onward).
