Commercial Flat Roof Replacement Project - Midwest Tube Mill

This video is of a commercial flat roof replacement project we completed on Midwest Tube Mill Located in Madison Indiana. The job consisted of a partial tear off and new PVC flat roofing membrane. The Existing flat roof was TPO that had been used to recover the old tar and gravel roof that was original to the building. The TPO had begun to leak and had saturated the roof insulation below but the insulation under the tar and gravel roof was dry so we suggested to remove the existing TPO flat roof and wet iso and replace it with a new commercial roofing membrane over new roof insulation. We did this job Rhino Bond style. We also used tapered roof insulation around the roof drains and we were able to greatly reduce the amount of ponding water on the building. Over all the job went well and the building is leak free
