Plasma globe on "steroids" ⚡⚡

Here is an old plasma globe, with its original driver circuitry removed from the base. Now there is the output wire from ZVS- driven ac flyback transformer, going straight to the center- electrode of the plasma globe.

I just didn't dare to touch it with my bare hands, when energized ⚡ 😳.

The ZVS- driver is powered by two 12V 18Ah SLA- batteries in series, so 24V.
