If your Ford Focus has the same problem as the following videos, this is how you can fix it for free and save $200-250:

1.Disassemble the cluster from the car. At the bottom of the panel there are two screws to do this. Then, at the top of the panel, lift the ''hood'' of the cluster and pull out the cluster
2. Unclip the cluster, pull out the plexiglass and pull out the niddles with a spoon and be careful not to harm the cluster.
3. Unclip the whole cluster to reach the circuit board.
4.And now the solution. Locate at the back of the cluster the adaptor. At the exact same spot at the front there are 2 rows of 16 pins each. 32 pins total as shown on video. These are need to be soldered again with caution not to short-circuit your board. AND DONT FORGET TO CLEAN UP THE SOLDER PASTE AFTER YOU FINISHED.
5. Assembly again your cluster, and have a nice day!
