Camp Mystic families sue over evacuation plans | Morning in America

Families affected by last year’s deadly flood at Camp Mystic in central Texas are involved in a new legal battle. The flood claimed the lives of 25 campers and two counselors. Some of the victims’ families are now moving to sue state health officials, arguing they failed to enforce an evacuation plan that was required by Texas law. Justin Tschoepe, an attorney for the families, and Ryan DeWitt, who lost his daughter Molly, join “Morning in America” to discuss.
