I think that one is also a bit more literal of a translation. I'm not sure about "KHUN VE'Ö, D'Ö Ö", but it makes sense in context. I'm also assuming that since robots integrate technology that they consume into their systems, it's going to eat The Throne (KHUN MUK ISUM, Change Item: The Throne)

I'm taking creative liberties with the translation here. Rebel calls Big Bandit a weak protector when she kills him, so I'm just going to say "change the weak trust," "make them trust each other," "unite the factions."

Basically gibberish with the same sentiment as the above

Rogue, when killing The Captain
KHAA, FAA'VE'A
I think the "KHAA" here is just a general expression. "Remember my/our Family" is pretty clear there, though. I'm not sure if it's VE'A or VE'Ä, but if it's the latter, she's telling The Captain to remember their family, and since she went Rogue for the express purpose of finding Lil' Hunter, that could imply that the three are directly related.

It could also be in reference to the Campfire Mutants, her new family. She's going to protect them, and she wants The Captain to remember it.
