Where is the heel?? 1989(?) Norman B20 Acoustic Guitar needs a string change and some neck relief.

The owner brought in his father's Norm B20 acoustic guitar for a string change and setup.. His father is getting old now and does not play as much anymore so his son is going to keep the legacy of this guitar by playing it regularly. Canadian made, the is guitar has an interesting feature - a bolt on neck without a neck heel... pretty interesting. It sounds and looks good and should be playable for another 30 years if looked after properly. Thanks for watching!
