UNMC/Temple University HIV research announcement
Researchers at UNMC and Temple University announced that they've successfully eliminated the HIV virus responsible for AIDS in animal models. Researchers called the breakthrough a promising step toward a cure for millions of people living with the virus. This research is detailed in a current issue of Nature Communications.
