Stuck in beautiful moorea

The day before we flew back to the US from French Polynesia, Max tested positive for COVID-19. Talk about STRESSFUL! We took the test first thing in the morning before we left Moorea for the main island of Tahiti. Thank goodness we did, because we got to quarantine in absolute paradise.

We immediately went into planning mode and booked a bungalow for 10 nights to make sure he could stay away from others and we could wait it out until we both tested negative. We enjoyed the extra time in our favorite place in the world, paddle boarding in the mornings and evenings before work, sitting on the edge of the water and soaking in the beauty around us.
