If you've tried bleeding air from your boiler and you're still having over-pressurization issues, try this video. Particularly useful for Burnham Base-Ray style baseboards. Side note - if you drained your boiler, don't forget to add anti-freeze - call a plumber for that. Side note two: if your air bleed screw is resisting/appears rusty, don't force it. It'll break and create a leak.
