D97 2019 International Speech 1st Place Winner TM Arnie

TM Arnie of Bangkok Toastmasters Club bagged this years gold trophy at the District 97 International Speech Contest held in Bangkok, Thailand in May 2019 and became the district's representative to Region 13's quarter finals.

He later won second place at the Regional level. Only the first place will move to the semi-finals to be held in Denver, Colorado in August.
