DIY LUSH Massage Bar: PERCUP -only 3 ingredients!!

Hi ! We're doing another DIY LUSH product. This time it is one of MASSAGE BARS which is not a soap, but a moisturizer and a lotion in a bar form ! Massage bars are great to use to nourish your skin! This one we are recreating is called PERCUP. It is $11 Canadian here, and truthfully it is quite expensive! For that price we can buy the ingredients used here and make A LOT MORE !

Percup features COFFEE BEANS which is so beneficial for the skin and is a a popular ingredient to use in a lot of luxury beauty products.

Coffee beans benefits:
- tightens pores
-removes dead skin cells, making the skin looking younger.
-has anti-wrinkle properties
-has anti oxidants to fight free radical that damage your skin
-reduce inflammation and redness

Cocoa butter and coconut oil is so nourishing for the skin and there are many other butters and oils which you can add or can substitute this ingredient with :
- shea butter
- mango butter
- avocado oil
- jojoba oil

Make sure you add ingredients that are safe for your skin. You can chose to add essential oils as well, however the smell of the coffee alone is very strong and so aromatic that it will over power the other fragrance!

These massage bars are best used fresh. Is there an expiry date on it? Sure, all ingredients can go bad if not used within a certain time and stored properly. Make sure you store this in a cool place so that it does not melt. I would say use it within 6 months and make more so that it is fresh and the scent and butters are still powerful!
