In February I visited the city of Perm. Perm is a city in the east of the European part of Russia, in the Urals, on the banks of the Kama River. It's the administrative center of the Perm region.
A large diversified industrial, scientific and cultural center of the Urals. Population - about 1 million people. the 15th most populous city in Russia.
