I haven’t worn foundation in years—just tinted moisturizer—and my skin has never looked better. I don’t have a fancy skincare routine, but here are 3 non-skincare things that have made a major difference:
Using the sauna a few times a week to sweat it all out
Eating more fiber—think whole grains, seeds, fruits & veggies
Washing my face 3–4x a day (I WFH, so I can do this!) and giving my skin more breathing room
