Introducing Head Performance Physiologist - Alexa Lobato, MS

Alexa is the Head Performance Physiologist at our Scottsdale Lab 🌵

Alexa grew up on a cattle ranch in rural southern Colorado before trading country life for the big city in Fort Worth, Texas. She earned her Master of Science degree in Exercise Physiology and Sport Science from Texas Christian University.

Throughout her career, Alexa has had the privilege of working with athletes across various sports, age groups, and competition levels, with a special passion for helping young, aspiring athletes. Her empathetic nature and dedication to education have made her a trusted ally, particularly for those striving to improve their health and performance.

Outside of work, Alexa enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her love of baking offers a perfect balance to her active lifestyle and often earns her new friendships. When she's not cheering on the Denver Broncos or the Dallas Stars, you can find her coaching group fitness classes or training.
