How to Make Homemade McGriddles
Ingredients:
Your favorite pancake mix (I used Aunt Jemima)
Eggs
Bacon (or sausage if you prefer)
Sliced American Cheese
Your favorite pancake syrup

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Pour desired number of eggs into a bowl and whisk (mix). Don't forget to season your eggs to your liking!
3. Pour eggs into a sheet pan (use parchment paper for easy removal) and bake for 15 minutes or until set.
4. Fry bacon in a large skillet on Medium heat.
5. Prepare pancakes according to packaging.
6. Once ready, take eggs out of the oven and cut into squares.
7. Build your sandwich; pancake, eggs, cheese, bacon, pancake.
8. Dip with warm syrup and enjoy!
