How to Nail the Ostium

We discuss a simple technique - the floating wire technique, also known as the "sepal technique" - to precisely stent the ostium without needing multiple shots and extra contrast. This is useful in ostial dissections when contrast injections should be minimized. The technique can be used in aorto-ostial lesions and for lesions at the ostium of a side branch.
