Ingredients:

• 3 tbsp (75 g) cottage cheese (2% fat)
• 1 egg (medium)
• 2 tbsp (20 g) oat flour
• 1/4 apple (grated) (~40 g)
• 1 tsp (5 g) coconut oil
• 1 tbsp (15 g) honey
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• Pinch of salt

Optional toppings:
• Yogurt
• Syrup
• Almond butter
• Chopped dark chocolate
• Nuts



How to make it:

1️⃣ Mash cottage cheese until smooth.
2️⃣ Mix with egg until creamy.
3️⃣ Add oat flour, cinnamon, salt, baking powder. Stir.
4️⃣ Add coconut oil, honey, and grated apple. Mix well.
5️⃣ Let the batter rest for 10 min to thicken.
6️⃣ Grease 2 mugs or silicone molds and fill halfway.
7️⃣ Microwave on full power (900W) for 1.5–2 min.
8️⃣ Let cool, add toppings, and enjoy!
