Khorosht bademjan with chicken | eggplants stew with chicken| cooking with Nikarm Kitchen

Khooresht bademjan is a delicious persian dish, and very popular Iranian dish that can be made with either chicken, beef, or lamb or no meats.
Khoresh Bademjan is a well known, popular and delicious persian food that finds itself served frequently and proudly on a Persian table. The very special and ingredient in this dish is “Ghooreh”, which showcases Iranians’ love of all things sour. Ghooreh is the Farsi name for unripe sour grapes.
This is a must try recipe. This recipe can be made with different variations. Khorosht bademjan with chicken is one of my favorites.

Chicken spices ingredients:
___________________

3 tbsp sea salts
1 1/2 tbsp black pepper
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp Coriander powder
2 tbsp Turmeric

Mix them well together and store the rest on spice jars to use later. I always used these mixtures to spice the chickens. Give it a try
