USING PRESSURE POINTS
- KYUSHO JITSU

Studying pressure points and their effects can
help you to increase your understanding and
awareness of your own body-energy system
as well that of your partner.

Pressure points help you to enhance control,
induce a certain reaction and directed movement
in the attacker or weaken their structure
and power.

PRESSURE POINTS NOMENCLATURE

In the western world a system
is often used where each acupuncture point
is identified by the meridian on which
it is located and its number in the point
sequence on that channel.

For example, Lu-10 identifies the 10th
acupuncture point on the Lung meridian.

SJ-3 is the 3rd point on the San Jiao (Triple Heater)
meridian.
