PS3 CECHG04 removal of IHS from CPU (safe way)

The only way to remove the IHS is to cut in between the CPU and IHS (heatspreader).

It's a about:

- not cutting in the CPU
- not bending the CPU
- not hitting and breaking surrounding components

The later the model, the harder it will be.

Removing the IHS from the CPU of the superslim model, is most hard. I will make a video about that later, if you like.
