SPICED SQUASH LEAF RECIPE. Yes you can eat zucchini leaves, pumpkin leaves etc but there isn’t a lot of info on preparing them. I put this tutorial together to show you how to prepare squash leaves and cook them in a delicious and easy recipe I created this week. I will be making it again and again. It was so good! Comment below any other ways to enjoy squash leaves. They are a new and wonderful discovery in our home. No longer will they end up in the compost when opening up the plants for more sun. We chop - we eat!
