You read it correctly. The marble travels up the stairs. It may seem like clickbait at first, but around 2 minutes it starts going up. The marble run goes down the stairs, then up the stairs, then down once again. This took about 8 hours of work. You wouldn't believe how many takes and changes to the elevators I had to make.
