VW Splitty Bus Brake removal - Hub cap clips - Sandblasting - Tires VW Split Bus Rescue Restoration

Making progress, smashing thumbs, and boogering stuff up in the second installment of Project: Vandemic.. After dismounting the tires, we remove the hub cap clips from the wide five wheels by grinding off the rivets and punching them through. Then we fully disassemble the brakes, hardware, and backing plates before getting them cleaned up for sandblasting. Another homemade tool is explained when we remove that weird spacer on the rear axle. This project is moving fast, so subscribe now to see all of it start to finish!
