Exercises mentioned:
Deadlift (I always start with about 80-90lbs and then go heavier)
Hip Thrusts (I try to do this within the first three exercises of glute day... THESE WORK)
Kettlebell Squats (I start with 25lbs and go all the way up to 55-60lbs)
Bulgarian Split Lunges (try to keep your balance but this exercise will also help with improving your balance)
Barbell Squat (I typically use a machine that supports the barbell but if you are doing this with just the barbell start with no weights and then determine what you can handle. Always have a spotter for safety)
