Ingrendients,,

620 g bread flour
2 tbsp milk powder
3 tsp instant yeast
5 tbsp sugar
13 grms fine salt
1 small egg
360 ml warm water
40 grams soft butter,,

1/4 cup bread crumbs ( for coating)

Oven heat
170 ‘C bake for 12 minutes
You can used 1/2 of this ingrendients for try out . You can make 15 to 20 small ban at least 25 to 30 grams each
