EPIC 4-Day Sierra Mineral King Hiking Adventure

One of my favorite trips! Late August trip to Mineral King. Guess how many people we saw hiking 13-miles out on the last day? Zero. We did see a deer with 2 fawns and later a grouse mama with chicks (off video). This is the place if you are searching for solitude and beauty in the Sierras.

Day 1 - Mineral King, over Timber Gap to Cliff Creek
Day 2 - Cliff Creek to Pinto Lake (easy day)
Day 3 - Pinto Lake, over Black Rock Pass, to Big Five Lakes
Day 4 - Big Five Lakes to Lost Canyon, over Sawtooth Pass, back to Mineral King (not so easy day)
