Sounding of a shofar minutes before a hurricane hits Louisiana. Sounding a shofar as a crying out for mercy and protection. Sounding a shofar while praying for others and The Kingdom of God. Sounding a shofar because there is nowhere else to go and no more time left for games, disobedience, pettiness, false ways, excuses, being tossed about and being entangled in the ways of this perishing world. May your days be ordered by our Father. May you be found abiding richly in Jesus Christ. May you answer the call to repentance and to Righteousness while it is yet day. May you pick up your cross, die to self and be ready for whatever may come. May you count trials, tribulation and persecution as joy, knowing that He has won for us the greatest gift ever that is worth more than gold and silver. Know what lies ahead, in order that you are encouraged and not in any way fearful. May you follow Jesus, pressing forward and doing all that He instructs you to do. Let go of burdens and cast them upon our redeemer. Be the living water that our parched neighbors so desperately need. Shalom. -Bryan
