Bridge System Transforms Nebraska Weight Room

Fremont High School (NE) went all in on their new strength equipment. Dumbbells, custom benches and bumper plates, a bridge system, and bolt-on jammers complete a space equipped with 16 Ultra Pro® 9-foot power racks and Titan series stand-up benches. The program maximized their space by utilizing annex storage between stations and utilizing the back side of the racks to have lat pulldown/low row combo and selectorized functional trainer stations installed. #morestrengthpersqft #buildabetterathlete
