30th placed finisher out of 238 and 6th in the 40-44 age group
My PB at Clumber Park parkrun remains 00:19:28

Taking it steady again ahead of the Sheffield half Marathon, while conditions were ideal for a quick time again, I did manage to not get carried away this week, kept the pace as steady and as even as I could, but with a nice little sprint finish at the end!
