The US government has evacuated hundreds of Americans from the Diamond Princess luxury cruise ship which has been docked and under quarantine for weeks in Yokohama, Japan. Passengers who left the vessel on February 16, 2020, recorded some of their journey on a special flight Washington organised after at least 355 people on board the vessel were found to be infected with the deadly novel coronavirus that causes Covid-19.
