Managing an Options Trade: FAQs & Examples

Here, we have a bonus day built into the syllabus for tastytrade's Options Crash Course. So we use this as an opportunity to introduce Managing Winners and Managing Losers. With Managing Winners, 50% of max profit is our standard target, and with Managing Losers, we could close positions at 2x to 3x of credit received. Or we could choose to simply hold positions indefinitely, with no predetermined exit point. Then, we dig a bit deeper into what rolling looks like from one cycle to the next.
