An initial review of the Nike Air Zoom Tempo Next% FK.

A brand spanking new shoe from Nike with Zoomx and React in the midsole. Air pods and a pull tab!
I took it out for a spin and give my initial impressions on the upper, midsole, outsole and value.

I am a non elite runner, who buys the shoes himself for review. No freebies here unless stated. I give an initial review after the first run then again on 100 miles.

Some reviews have not been favourable on this shoe but i had a blast on my initial outing. 6:57/mi over 7 miles close to my half marathon goal pace.
