Shirt Kong 100 Shirt Challenge

We wanted to see how long it would take to setup a 6 color job and print 100 shirts. @GraphicElephants created some sick art, M&R shipped us the shirts, we setup 3 cameras and hit record. We were pretty fast out of the gate, but at around 5 minutes in we hit a snafu. I considered starting over, but this is real life, so we loaded back in and went for it. I think we put up a decent time, and without the snafu we would have been even faster. I would love to go head-to-head with another team at ISS Long Beach. Maybe @mrcompanies can make this happen and the winner takes the press home! 👀 I’ve already worked out ways to shave some time off, so I guess you could say training has officially begun.

Side note: It’s not always about printing faster. TBH our print speed is typically between 40-60doz. per hour. There're times we turn it up a notch, but any faster than that is not a reasonable pace to keep for 8 hours and mistakes will be made. Plus, I think a lot of races are lost in the pit and we’ve invested a lot of time and money in getting really, really fast with setup and teardown, and the COBRA makes this part faster.

Time stops when the 100th shirt hits the dryer belt
