DIY Dremel CNC #2 frame assembly (Arduino, aluminium profiles, 3D printed parts)

Second part of my DIY Dremel CNC project is finally ready, I have all of the parts so we can start assembling the frame. My project is going pretty well so far, all of the parts fit together perfectly, but I broke some 3d printed elements. Linear bearings work perfect on 12mm rods and lead screws seem to work just fine. Aluminium profiles are great for such a small CNC machine, easy to buy, cheap and pleasant to work with. Machine is quite heavy but that’s a good thing because it will be more stable.

I always wanted to have one of those fancy CNC machines that can mill metals. It's cool and it gives you so many possibilities for next projects! I already have few ideas for projects with a CNC machine :)
