IRWIN Hilmor UL223 Pipe Bending Machine (using a 1"Conduit Pipe with a 25mm Conduit Former)

OBJECTIVE:
1) To test & confirm if 3/4" and 1" Conduit pipes size can be used on a 22mm and 25mm Former respectively.
2) To test & confirm if you need to use a Guide to bend the pipe.

ANSWER:
1) Yes, you can use but MUST ensure that Conduit Pipe size MUST be in OUTER DIAMETER or O.D. measurement
2) Yes, you DO NOT need a Guide to bend the pipe

IMPORTANT NOTE:
I was informed by my local material supplier that 3/4" and 1" water steel pipes measurement is referred to its NOMINAL BORE or N.B. size. Therefore a 3/4" and 1" water pipe cannot be used on a 22mm and 25mm Former respectively.
