Pizza Cutlet Ingredients :

00:25- For the Stuffing
1 Onion (chopped)
1 cup Mushroom (chopped)
1/2 cup Bell Pepper (chopped)
1/2 cup Corn
1 tsp Mixed Herbs
1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
1 tsp Garlic Paste
2 tbsp Tomato Purée
1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese
Salt (as per taste)

01:26- For The Coating
5 Potatoes (boiled & mashed)
1 tsp Mixed Herbs
1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
2 tbsp Corn Flour
Salt (as per taste).
Oil (for greasing)

02:38- Preparing the Corn Slurry
1/2 cup Corn Flour
Water

02:59- For Frying
1-2 tbsp Oil
Bread Crumbs
