How to make the Hennessy Champagne cocktail
1 oz or 30 ml hennessy V.S.O.P. Cognac
1 sugar cube soaked in Angostura bitters (4-5 dashes)
Top with Champagne (about 4 oz)
Garnish with a cocktail cherry

How to make the Hennessy Classic cocktail
1.5 oz or 45 ml Hennessy V.S.
1/3 oz or 10 ml Triple Sec
1/3 oz or 10 ml Elderflower syrup
1/3 oz or 10 ml Lime juice
Garnish with a lime wheel

How to make the Hennessy Downtown Manhattan
1.5 oz or 45 ml Hennessy V.S.O.P.
1/2 oz or 15 ml Sweet vermouth
1/4 oz or 7.5 ml Amaro
