FILIPINA GIRLFRIEND COOKING UNIQUE ADOBO - Cavite Style Pork With Fish Sauce?

"SAPATIS"

That is the name of a unique "adobo style" dish in Maragondon Cavite. On this day in our lives, my girlfriend Therine cooked her local pork dish for me. I practice a little bit more Tagalog, have my first cup of coffee in over two weeks, and well... just share with you another day in our lives here in Cagayan de Oro.

This unique pork dish is full of garlic and very delicious with rice! I definitely enjoy it... especially eating with my hands!

Always a blessing when the girlfriend cooks!
