We supply gloves to the automotive industry, space industry, manufacturing…other industrial manufacturing industries as well.

We started in 1988 with four employees in a 600 square foot facility and right now we’re operating out of a 75-thousand square foot facility with 170 employees.

Being located in a small community like Point Leamington enables us to retain employment, jobs are hard to come by in small communities

The global export side is important to our business because it opens up more markets and the more markets it open up the more we can expect to grow.

One of the big transition points happened in about 2011, we moved into the US market and apart from gloves we got into sleeves and that allowed us to practically double our employment in Point Leamington.
If you’re looking to export your product, know the market you’re getting into, you wouldn’t want to send the wrong glove into the wrong market.

Superior Glove is participating in an Accelerated Growth Service, it’s sort of a one stop shop of government services that will help us focus on our goals and help us to expand our growth in the future.

The customer knows what they want and if listen to your customer, you’re able to supply their needs.

The future looks great for us, we’ve got a lot of potential out there… a lot of support from our employees…from our community and a lot of intentions to expand our business and we can go nowhere but up from here.
