Dexter Jackson, the winningest bodybuilder in history, joins Dave Palumbo on RXMuscle's Iron Road to the Olympia.

Jackson documents his illustrious career, which has seen him win 29 IFBB pro shows, including winning the 2008 Mr. Olympia and the Arnold Classic a record five times.

Jackson, competing at his 23rd Mr. Olympia competition, at the age of 51 - talks about some of the best (and worse) advice he's received over the years, and what he wants to impart to the young crop of bodybuilders of today.

Jackson aka The Blade, warns naysayers and anyone on the Olympia stage that may be taking him lightly, stating in no uncertain terms that he's primed to deliver a virtuoso performance in his final Olympia appearance next week in Orlando.
