Should Florida State Have Fired Mike Norvell?

So a large number of people are upset because FSU has decided NOT to fire Mike Norvell. Well, let me tell you. If you are going to fire someone and sign a contract to pay them after you fire them, it better be for a helluva lot less than they would have to pay Norvell. FSU saw that $$ to Mike each month and thought, It's cheaper to keep him. So they did. I am not one to blame all of the poor play on their coach, so I am not one to call for their jobs when the team underperforms. What do I think about this weekend? FSU needs to play our starters and try to win this game. Starting the Freshman sends a message that you are throwing in the towel, and that isn't the right message to send. Tommy needs and deserves to see this season through, and that requires starting against UF. A win, bowl eligible! A loss? Sad, disappointing, but not unexpected frankly. So, at least one more game! Go Noles!
