Welcome to my first EVER plan with me in a Skinny Classic Happy Planner®. I'm using this planner to write down one good thing I do at work each day. That helps me to keep a positive mind. Before, I have tended to overthink the things I could have done better and I've been pretty hard on myself. To write down one good things each day helps me to be kinder to myself and to become a happier person.
