Leaf spring, also known as leaf spring, is the most widely used elastic element in automobile suspension. 1. Upper rolling eye

The front length of the upper roll eye must be processed accurately, otherwise the axle will be installed askew and the vehicle will deviate.
2. Lower rolling eye
Generally, it is designed to meet the requirements of the layout and motion track. Because the rolling eye has to bear vertical load, the thickness of the rolling eye should be thicker, otherwise it is easy to open and produce plastic deformation.
3. Flat rolling eye
This kind of rolling eye form is much more reasonable than that of upper rolling eye form, but it is also much more difficult in technology. Generally, this kind of rolling eye form is mostly used in off-road vehicles. There is no bending moment of the upper eye, and the root of the eye is only under tension.
The flat roll eye can reduce the stress of the ear, because the direction of the longitudinal force coincides with the center line of the main section of the spring. For springs that cannot increase the thickness of the main piece and must ensure the strength of the main roll eye, the flat eye is mostly used. However, the manufacturing of flat roll eye is more complicated than the above two types of ears, and the manufacturing cost is higher. Generally, flat eyes or lower ears are used in cars.
