Parliament house speaker begs for order
Deputy speaker of the National Assembly, Loide Kasingo, had to beg for order in parliament during a debate about corruption earlier this month.
This was as opposition parliamentarians roared at prime minister Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhila who asserted that the Swapo party is not corrupt.
