Wagah Border Retreat Ceremony 2021

The lowering of the flags ceremony at the Attari-Wagah border is a daily military practice that the security forces of India (Border Security Force, BSF) and Pakistan (Pakistan Rangers) have jointly followed since 1959.

The entire complex comprises of a large number of buildings, including the Golden Temple itself, guestrooms, a museum, and a big communal kitchen, the 'Langar'. Providing free meals, the kitchen is open to people from all backgrounds and religions.
