Meal Prep – “Spaghetti” and Meatballs

Recipe:

Meatball – (you can use store brought)
93/7 lean ground beef
bell pepper and green onions
garlic, 1 egg, 1/3 cup cheese, and salt and pepper

Mix and make 30 meatballs. Bake 350 for 30-35 mins

Spaghetti squash – medium size
Spilt down the middle and spray LIGHTLY with oil of choice
Flip over and bake 350 or 375 for 40/45 mins

Pasta sauce – you can use store brought
10 roma tomates diced and blended in mixer,
garlic, salt and pepper. Simmer with cooked meatballs for 20 mins.
Add in cornstarch slurry. (1 tablespoon of cornstarch with cool water mixed together)
The slurry will help thicken your sauce.

Than plate it all up!
