yes the format is kpop inspired, but it doesn't matter, this was actually edited so badly i am ssorry..but anyways i decided to make this guide? for some rhythmic gymnasts - Alina Harnasko, Anastasiia Salos, Boryana Kaleyn, Alexandra Aguirguculese, Arina Averina and Dina Averina
kinda had to narrow it down only to these 6 cause i apparently i remembered random stuff from their exercises and had details that would be fun to include for a video..
