Kooky’s Art with Heart 2 - 10 MINUTES OF MEDITATIVE MIXED MEDIA ART

Hello lovelies!

This is the start of a new series of videos - Art with Heart.

It’s a chance to start or finish your day with 10 mins of quiet meditative art. Just find 10 minutes out of your day. Set a timer if you like. There is music on the video but if you prefer the silence then just turn the sound down.

I did a mixed media piece in watercolour, gel pen, pencil, acrylic ink and collage. Use what you have to create a small piece of art. I start with a chinagraph pencil and then add in other media intuitively.
