Venezuela deploys army troops to border with Colombia

Venezuela has again deployed its army along the border with Colombia this week for war games, and increasing tensions between the two troubled nations.
Meanwhile, President Nicolas Maduro says he will not attend the United Nations General Assembly in New York next week.
He told supporters he is staying home to work with them.
